I am a relational integrative psychotherapist based in Greenwich, London. I offer long and short term individual psychotherapy and counselling to adults, in person, online and over the phone. Sessions can be conducted in English or in French.
Some of the issues I can help you with include depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, abuse, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem and identity.
I have a specialist interest in perinatal mental health and supporting parental mental health.
My approach
I aim to offer a space for you to reflect on and explore any worries, concerns or difficulties you might be facing, in a non-judgemental environment. I believe there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. My approach borrows from various orientations, moving from the exploration of the impact of our early years on our daily lives, to that of our experience in the here and now. How we work will depend on you and what you bring.
I work relationally, which means that I place our relationships, past and present, with ourselves, others and the world, at the centre of my practice.
About me
I hold an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Regent's University London and am a member of both the BACP and the UKCP.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in the financial information sector in London. Years of experience in the corporate world gave me a keen sense of the importance of relationships and the effect of stress on our emotional and physical states.
In addition to working privately, I am a counsellor for MumsAid, a charity providing specialist counselling services, and for Camden Council's Parents and Carers Counselling Service.
